Shipping policy

All our products are made through our print-on-demand partners. This means different product categories such as T-Shirts and Mugs will be manufactured and shipped from a different facility. This allows us to stock a variety of items the otherwise would not be possible. However, this also causes additional shipping costs and separate packages for some combinations of items.

 

Production Time:

Please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order is shipped. All products are made through our print-on-demand partners. First the products are produced and printed, then they are shipped.

 

US Shipping:

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after production is complete. Please allow additional 5-10 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-continental US territories.

 

International Shipping:

International orders typically take 10-20 business days to ship, depending on several factors such as location, customs processing speed, and even shipping traffic. International customers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by their government.

 

Returns:

Lost or Damaged Items: 

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at team@jelloimpact.com and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
